Studying Business Analytics at La Trobe means you will be surrounded by leading researchers at our Centre for Data Analytics and Cognition (CDAC), and can grow your professional networks by connecting with industry leaders at SAS and Microsoft. You'll also have the opportunity to apply for a voluntary internship with leading organisations like PwC, IBM, NORTH Link, SAS and Microsoft.
You will graduate not just with a Master’s degree and a specialisation in artificial intelligence, data science, digital health and more, but also a Certificate in Business Analytics from SAS.
The Master of Business Analytics scholarship provides a 50% reduction in annual tuition fees for international students enrolled in the Master of Business Analytics in Semester 2 and Summer 2025, covering the full duration of their studies.
Are you eligible to apply?
To be eligible to apply for this scholarship, applicants must:
- Be a citizen of a country other than Australia or New Zealand and be applying to start the program from Semester 2 or Summer 2025.
- Not be a humanitarian or other permanent visa holder.
- Be a full fee-paying student (non-sponsored).
- Be applying for direct entry into the Master of Business Analytics. Any other students are not eligible.
- Commence studies at La Trobe University’s Melbourne (Bundoora) Campus.
- Meet the University’s English requirements and all other conditions stated on the Offer Letter.
- Obtain an offer letter. Exceptions must be approved by La Trobe University. All students must have passed Genuine Student assessment, including financial checks before they can be considered for this scholarship.
Recipients of the scholarship shall be selected by the University based on their:
- Outstanding academic performance
- English language proficiency
The final number of successful candidates will be determined through a thorough evaluation process and confirmed by La Trobe University.
Recipient obligations
- The scholarship cannot be deferred to 2026. If the recipient is unable to secure a student visa for 2025, the scholarship offer may be revoked.
- Recipients are required to maintain full-time enrolment at La Trobe University’s Bundoora campus and demonstrate satisfactory academic progress throughout their studies.

Eligible applicants will automatically be assessed and selected for this scholarship after submitting their applications by Friday 23rd May 2025 (for Semester 2) and Monday 8th September 2025 (for Summer intake).
