Subject outline

This subject will provide students with the opportunity to enhance their practical laboratory skills through a variety of protein chemistry applications. A combination of practical classes and workshops will enable students to understand and carry out laboratory techniques to purify and characterise protein preparations. In completing tasks for this subject, students are expected to develop skills in critical thinking, data analysis, teamwork and scientific communication.
