In this subject you will develop a contextual understanding of the link between developing people and organisational performance in terms of the human resource development (HRD) function. Based on this understanding, you will have the opportunity for a detailed and practical exploration of workforce development. By the end of this subject, you should be able to critically analyse factors that contribute to high performing organisations through the learning and development of individuals and teams.
