Subject outline

This subject provides you with critical tools for planning, developing, managing and evaluating organisational HR performance. You will develop a comprehensive understanding of multi-disciplinary models of Human Resource Management (HRM), Information Technology (IT), Information Systems (IS) and General Management and study the applications of these models in the design, implementation, delivery and ongoing management of technology-enabled Human Resource (HR) services. Along with the fundamentals of human resource information systems, you will examine concepts such as information security, privacy and emerging trends in managing technology-enabled HR services.
