Subject outline
In this subject students develop oral and written proficiency in Italian. Audiovisual material, newspaper articles and short literary texts on contemporary Italian society are used to develop students' competence in speaking, reading and writing and to broaden their knowledge of Italian culture and society. In this subject, students work towards attaining Level B1 competence in the Common European Framework of References for Languages.
