Subject outline
This is an intensive language subject which builds upon the four primary skills of language acquisition - speaking, listening, reading and writing - acquired in FRE1001. Upon successful completion of the subject, students will be able to read and write increasingly complex texts in French, and to understand and participate in a variety of communicative situations. They can also expect to have reached an A1 level in the Common European Reference Framework for Languages (CEFR).
