In this subject you will develop knowledge and skills in exercise assessment, prescription and delivery to apparently healthy individuals. You will evaluate the implementation of various exercise modalities and will apply skills in pre-exercise assessments, health and exercise testing and exercise program design and delivery.

Activities:
Blended content: Pre-participation screening and risk assessment, principles of test selection. Practicals: Ability to undertake and interpret standard health and fitness assessments to include anthropometry, body composition, aerobic fitness, blood pressure and flexibility to apparently healthy participants. Practicum: Health screening, anthropometry, body composition, fitness assessments.

Activities:
