Students undertake this subject as part of their Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) or a Masters by coursework program within the La Trobe Business School, where the research component of the program consists of 60 credit points. Students are required to undertake a semester long research project on a topic relevant to the student's core or major discipline, under the direct supervision of an academic staff member. The assessment for this subject comprises a research paper, of between 15,000 - 18,000 words in length as agreed with the supervising academic.
