In this subject you will be assisted to draw upon the audit of their individual skills and knowledge which you have studied during the course. You will be assisted to review the role of social work and social workers in promoting effective social work practice, social polices and social change in national and international communities. The focus is upon understanding leadership theories and applying this to the purpose, values, knowledge and practice of social work. Your understanding of diversity and inequality will be expanded and you will be assisted to explore the above concepts within fields of practice.
