Subject outline
In this subject, students increase theoretical knowledge and develop basic skills in the interpersonal helping process, especially as it applies to rehabilitation. Topics include: counselling models, theories and assumptions; basic counselling techniques; counselling clients on problems commonly encountered in rehabilitation settings.
