LAW5NEG builds upon the principles and skills of negotiation introduced to students in LAW5PMI. This subject expands on the foundational understanding of negotiation already acquired through a hands-on approach developed through role plays and video assessment. Negotiation skills will be applied in a variety of legal contexts allowing students to explore the ethical and practical requirements of this important legal skill.
