Subject outline
In this subject students will enhance and consolidate skills in legal research, writing and editing. Students will develop skills in communicating legal research and policy to a wide range of legal and non-legal audiences. They will also examine the process of legal publishing and the trend towards online forms of legal communication. Students will be required to complete a placement in Law in Context and work closely with editorial staff on the publication of scholarly articles.
