The honours year will comprise a project related to Wildlife and Conservation Biology plus associated coursework. However, because there is no Department of Wildlife and Conservation Biology, students will be based in one of the participating departments. With the approval of the CBE Honours Co-ordinator, the assignments component may include work undertaken in another Department. Hours of study are unlimited; workshop attendance as specified.

Subject rules
Prerequisites Honours students are expected are expected to achieve a grade average of at least 70% in at least 60 points of third year subjects germane to the area in which Honours is to be undertaken. Ie. CBE3AC plus one of BOT3ESE or GEN3EEG or MICEMP or BOT3FEB or ZOO3EPA or ZOO3EPB.

Special conditions This unit of study represents the second semester of a two-semester program. Honours degree students are selected on the basis of their performance in the final year of the pass degree.
