Subject outline
In this cornerstone subject, students will be introduced to the common law of contract in Australia. Students will use case law to analyse and apply the legal principles governing the creation, interpretation and termination of a contract. This involves the development of techniques to write case analysis, for application of legal rules of contract to fact situations, and for communication of legal opinion to advise a range of audiences.
