Consulting and contracts

The Consulting and Contracts team supports the administration, review and negotiation of Research Contracts, University Services Consulting Contracts, La Trobe Consulting Contracts and the development of Tender Proposals.

We support:

• The review and development of contracts including budgets and contracting scoping
• Facilitation of legal review by Legal Services
• Negotiation of contracts with external parties
• Reviews and approvals from Heads of School
• Execution by authorised signatories
• Facilitation of the creation of project accounts with Finance
• Significant date / milestone reminders for contract deliverables
• Development and review of variations (including extensions) and novations (change of party for new staff or staff departures)
• Identification and dissemination of tender opportunities
• Development of tender proposals
