Over 95% of our graduates are employed full-time within 4 months of graduation*.

How It Works

Rigorous Candidate Matching: La Trobe University’s team matches WIL candidates to your specific needs. We ensure that the best-fit students are put forward for interviews, streamlining your recruitment process.

Ongoing Support: Throughout the partnership, our professional team provides seamless support. We assist both your organisation and the students, ensuring a successful collaboration.

800-Hour Program: The WIL program spans 6 to 12 months, during which students dedicate approximately 800 hours to your business. They work on projects or contribute to solving organisational challenges.

Costs and Scholarships

Total Cost (including student industry scholarship and program fee): Partnering with La Trobe University for the WIL program costs $13,200.
