Meet the start-ups of the Big Leap Incubator Program

Apps to support loneliness, financial and lifestyle tech for migrants, social messaging for likeminded individuals and apps to support life administration are just some of the big ideas from the start-ups tackling the Big Leap Incubator Program.

The Big Leap Incubator Program, a partnership between La Trobe University and Arrow Digital, funded by AusIndustry, takes participants who are first and second-generation Australian migrant business founders with viable tech-focused business ideas and product post-seed stage, through a 12-month program to develop and sharpen their go-to-market strategy, to help them test new markets, and build a network for long term success.

It includes face-to-face and digital workshops, business mentoring, group workshops and more, it provides a much-needed bridge between the Australian and Indian markets.

There will be two cohorts of twenty participants over two consecutive years, with the opportunity for the six best-suited participants to take part in an Immersion trip to India at the end of 2023. In addition participants will pitch for 20K prize money at the conclusion of the program to help with their international expansion.

Read below for some of the incredible start-ups as part of the first cohort of the Big Leap Incubator program.
