La Trobe University is committed to keeping you safe on campus.
If you are on the Melbourne (Bundoora), Bendigo or Albury-Wodonga campuses after dark, you can take advantage of the Uni-Safe Service and get safely to where you need to go.
The Uni-Safe service is available 24 hours, seven days a week. You can use it to request a security escort between campus buildings, car parks and on-campus student accommodation.
You can be picked up anywhere, at any time on campus and dropped off anywhere on campus. Just ring the Uni-Safe number (03 9479 2222) and the security team will meet you at a safe location and escort you to your destination.
We recommend you save the Uni-Safe number (03 9479 2222) in your phone so you have it whenever you need it.
If you are on the Melbourne (Bundoora) campus, you can also use the Day and Night Glider service. This free bus service is part of the Uni-Safe program and is available to students, staff and the wider community.
