Connect with an industry professional and build your networking skills in a 12-week guided mentoring program. You will be matched with a mentor based on your key interests, education and career aspirations. All students are invited to participate in the program at any stage of their course.
The program can help you:
- Gain valuable insight into the job market in your chosen industry
- Receive support through learning, networking, and professional development
- Challenge your preconceived ideas and beliefs
- Ask questions and get assistance in the early stages of your career planning
As a bonus, the mentoring program contributes towards the Career Ready Advantage Award.

By participating in the Industry Mentoring Program, you’ll be supported to achieve success and develop your skills. Here’s what our 2024 participants achieved:
- 602 students were mentored by 393 industry professionals, gaining invaluable insights and guidance
- 100% of mentees were satisfied or very satisfied with their experience and would recommend the program to their peers
- 98.6% of mentees felt more confident in their career direction
- 74.7% reporting improved communication and networking skills
- 100% of participants achieved some, most, or all of their goals during the program
