Celebrate Indigenous knowledge, culture and community at La Trobe University’s Indigenous Week

At La Trobe, we’re proud of our deep commitment to enhancing the educational journey and opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. Every August, we come together for La Trobe University’s Indigenous Week to celebrate the rich tapestry of Indigenous narratives and emphasise the importance of community, knowledge-sharing, and understanding.

This year, Indigenous Week will be held from Monday 12 to Friday 16 August.

As NAIDOC Week takes place during a teaching break, Indigenous Week is an opportunity for La Trobe to hold events and engagement activities during the semester to connect with students, staff and our partners.

We’ve planned a heap of exciting activities for you to get involved in, have fun and explore Indigenous culture.

Join us in this journey of reflection, learning, and celebration at your campus.
