Health for Every Body: wellness is not just about numbers on the scale

We all know that staying healthy is important, but it is not just about being thin or focusing on weight loss. And what works best for you might look a lot different to what works for other people.

Join us for Health for Every Body – an engaging panel discussion with experts in nutrition, fitness, and wellness.

Learn the basics of balanced nutrition, why personalized fitness routines matter, and how to look at health in a way that goes beyond the scale.

Health for Every Body will feature a discussion by experts who will delve into how to overcome common obstacles in leading a healthy lifestyle. They will provide strategies on how to embrace a holistic view of health, that prioritizes overall well-being over weight, emphasizing that every body is different and deserving of care.
