Getting Unstuck from Overthinking –  Online Program

Do you spend hours in your head thinking about something that happened, could have happened or might have happened?

Have you had the experience where out of the blue something occurs and you quickly try to solve it, and you play out all scenarios over and over, with a hefty toll on your wellbeing?

Have you had to make an important decision and got stuck agonising over the direction to take?

If so, this 3-week online group program, ‘Getting Unstuck from Overthinking’, offered by the La Trobe Counselling team is for you.

The program offers fast and effective strategies shown to be effective in disrupting and managing unhelpful thoughts. You’ll learn to manage worrying, thought spirals and analysis paralysis.
