How to access help from Student Advising
The Student Advising team offer support online, through an appointment or via face-to-face drop-ins on all La Trobe University Campuses.
When you visit the ASK La Trobe Help Zone at your campus, you’ll first speak with a member of the ASK La Trobe team who will assist you and may assess that you need specific support from a Student Advisor.
Note: student Advising drop-in sessions are currently closed and will re-open for Semester 2 2025.
If you are a new student, we recommend you attend an Enrolment Support workshop for expert advice and information about enrolling in your course. You can watch the on-demand recording if you couldn’t make it to these sessions.
