Creative Community Care Workshop series is a collaboration between La Trobe University and Shapes and Sounds, designed specifically for Asian international students.
The program provides a safe and creative space for students to explore art and music therapy as tools for self-expression, connection and mental wellbeing.
These workshops aim to destigmatise mental health conversations in Asian communities while providing students with practical strategies to manage stress, enhance self-awareness and build a sense of belonging at university.
