Come join the La Trobe Golden Key Chapter in donating our unwanted clothing to Vinnies!
Vinnies is an organisation that supports marginalised people and families who are experiencing social and financial hardship.
By donating clothing that you no longer need, you’re helping to support over 1.3 million vulnerable Australians each year who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. You’re also helping the environment by keeping old clothes out of landfill and reducing the need to make and distribute new products, thus limiting the need for plastic packaging.
We accept clothing of all sizes, for all ages and all genders, as long as it’s not ripped or stained. Bags, shoes and accessories are also welcome! Please donate clothing that has been washed – Vinnies says, “if it’s okay to give to a friend, it’s okay to give to Vinnies”.
