We’re upgrading the CCTV cameras at the northern entry to the Melbourne (Bundoora) campus and in Car Parks 7, 7A and 8, to improve safety for all students, staff and visitors.
Old analogue cameras will be replaced with new digital infrastructure with improved functionality such as better image quality, remote access, increased coverage, analytics and encryption.
Works will begin in Zone 1 in mid-June then move through to Zones 2, 3 and 4 and will be completed in September 2024.
While the works are underway, you can expect some temporary closures to carparks, footpaths and roadways near the work zones. Traffic and pedestrian management will be in place.
