Are you feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, and unmotivated? You may be dealing with academic burnout.
Prolonged burnout can cause you to disengage from studying, reduce your performance and productivity and lead to negative feelings towards university.
We’re seeking students for a student-led study investigating the potential causes of academic stress and the usefulness of current support services at La Trobe.
We want to hear about your experiences with stress and burnout at university.
Your responses will help us develop resources and programs to support you in your studies and reduce academic burnout.
To qualify, you must be:
- Over the age of 18
- Studying at La Trobe University
This survey is being run by Peer Learning Advisors (student staff members) and is anonymous. Your participation is completely voluntary. The survey will take approximately 15-30 minutes to complete.
