This hands-on session is designed for health researchers wanting to learn how to search the literature for a systematic review.
At the end of the session, participants will be able to:
- explain the difference between a systematic review and a traditional literature review
- identify search concepts, construct a search strategy for a research question and document a search
- choose appropriate databases/sources and run a search for a research question
- translate a search strategy across an additional database
- find grey literature
- export records to EndNote, save searches and set up search alerts.
