About this event

This hands-on session is designed for health researchers wanting to learn how to search the literature for a systematic review.

At the end of the session, participants will be able to:
  • explain the difference between a systematic review and a traditional literature review
  • identify search concepts, construct a search strategy for a research question and document a search
  • choose appropriate databases/sources and run a search for a research question
  • translate a search strategy across an additional database
  • find grey literature
  • export records to EndNote, save searches and set up search alerts.

THIS WORKSHOP IS FOR LA TROBE RESEARCHERS AND GRADUATE RESEARCHERS ONLY.
