This workshop is part of our Spotlights on Success series, designed to give you practical tools and advice to ensure you’re set up for end of semester success. In this session, you will learn:
- What is anxiety, why do we have it & what does it look like
- Strategies to help ‘switch off’ the fight/flight/freeze response in our bodies
- How does avoidance play a role in anxiety
- Understanding the Choice Point: A life compass tool
- Unhooking techniques (i.e. exercises to help step back from anxiety)
