Library Student Survey
The 2024 Library Student Survey opens Monday 2 September – Sunday 22 September.
This is an opportunity for all undergraduate and postgraduate (coursework) students to have a say on how well the Library meets their needs and what we could do better.
The survey is voluntary and will take about 10 minutes to complete. All participants will have the chance to enter a draw to win:
- $250 Mastercard
- $50 Mastercard (5 to be won)
Changes we made following our 2022 Student Survey
Based on feedback from our last Library Student Survey in 2022, we have:
- refreshed many aspects of the Library website, making it easier for you to access study and research support. We’ve updated our eLearning webpage, Libguides and made web content clearer and more succinct. We’re continuing to make changes throughout 2024, including a new website design and improved functionality, coming mid-year.
- worked with lecturers and publishers to make more textbooks and subject reading list items free to access. As of May 2024, 85% of all subject readings are available in a digital format at no cost to you.
- reviewed our spaces and developed more group study options at Melbourne (Bundoora) Library in 2024. Library furniture and floor layouts were refreshed at our Albury-Wodonga, Bendigo and Melbourne (Bundoora) campuses. A new Library is currently being built at our Shepparton Campus, and a new Library support service area was established at the Melbourne (City) Campus.
