The incident reporting system only notifies the person you choose to nominate when a report is made. This can be your Immediate Supervisor/Manager or Head of School or Program Coordinator. For incidents of a confidential nature, you can allocate a member of the Health and Safety team or the Staff Wellbeing Team as your supervisor. To discuss either of these options, contact either the Health and Safety team or the Staff Wellbeing Team.
If there are issues of confidentiality or concerns about notifications, contact Health and Safety at ohs@latrobe.edu.au or Staff Health and Wellbeing at Staff.Wellbeing@latrobe.edu.au
To login to the Incident & Hazard Reporting system, please log in using your jbloggs@ltu.edu.au username and password. Use only the jbloggs portion of your username. The password is the same password you use to log into your computer.
