New and improved housing will be home to students, staff and private residents across walkable neighbourhoods.
We will have a diverse mix of housing, from apartments and townhouses to homes, that will cater for our local community and will all be set within a natural landscape. We're already committed, constructing a new 624-bed student accommodation facility on site - the first of many accommodation precincts planned for Bundoora.
