Associate Professor Sharp leads body image and eating disorders research in the Department of Neuroscience at Monash University. She is a former NHMRC Early Career Fellows and a current NHMRC Emerging Leadership 2 Investigator Fellow. She is also the Senior Clinical Psychologist and research lead at the Women’s Recovery Network at Alfred Health and is a nationally credentialed eating disorder clinician.
Associate Professor Sharp’s work focuses on understanding the causes of body image related disorders, including eating disorders, and developing novel treatments using innovative methods.
