Our Ask La Trobe hub is your one-stop-shop for all your study needs. From enrolment to graduation, this team can assist you with everything you need to know throughout your student journey at La Trobe.

Student learning
Our Student Learning team provide comprehensive academic and learning support programs on campus. This team coordinates the Learning Hub services and our Bendigo Peer Learning Adviser program (PLAs). The PLAs are high performing students who can assist with planning and writing assignments, referencing, presenting to others and time management.
Careers, transition and employability support
Our Careers and Support Coordinator team is dedicated to your student experience. They coordinate programs, activities, workshops and leadership opportunities to ensure you'll get the most out of your university experience.
Our Indigenous Academic Enrichment Officer, based in our Jimbeyer Boondjhil Indigenous unit, supports you with course applications, enrolments, advocacy and accessing tutors and mentors. The team works closely with local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander school students to help plan their pathway to further study. We have a dedicated staff member on campus to assist you with your study experience while in Australia. Our International Student Services Coordinator provides one-on-one support and guidance. Read more about studying at La Trobe as an international student on the International students website.
As a La Trobe student, you will have access to the latest in educational technology while studying. As well as fast internet access available across campus, you will have free access to many helpful programs including Office 365 for email, software and cloud storage. We have a One Button Studio in Bendigo for user friendly video production and Mac and PC labs on campus. Our Bendigo ICT Support Officer can help you with your IT requirements.
