Indigenous Employment Strategy - Indigenous Employment Coordinator

La Trobe University has developed an Indigenous Employment Strategy to address the continuing under-representation of Indigenous Australians in the University's workforce, with a target figure of fifteen positions over a three-year period.

The Indigenous Employment Coordinator is responsible for the development of promotional and recruitment initiatives to increase the recruitment, retention and career development of Indigenous employees at La Trobe University.
