Welcome to People and Culture

People and Culture is the new name for the Human Resources Division. We are responding to the evolving needs of La Trobe University by building a division with a service focus and helping to create a performance-focused staff culture.

Integrating all people strategy and management functions within the University required a repositioning of this support function to enable a true people focus and the new name reflects this. We are confident that new structures and arrangements in People and Culture will serve the University better and help to underpin the five year Strategic Plan.
