About
the Faculty
The Faculty of Health Sciences is one of Australia's leading providers
of health science education and comprises four Divisions as follows:
- Division of Allied Health;
- Division of Health Studies;
- Division of Nursing and Midwifery; and
- Division of Health Research

Through its predecessor (Lincoln Institute),
it has had a long and distinguished history in the education of
health professionals and is the only provider of tertiary education
in Victoria for a number of the health professions.
The Faculty is located at the Albury-Wodonga, Bendigo, City, Melbourne (Bundoora), Mildura and Shepparton campuses and other metropolitan sites including the Bouverie
Centre in Brunswick and clinical sites at metropolitan hospitals.
The mission of La Trobe Health Sciences is to provide high quality,
relevant education for the health and social work professions; to
conduct research to improve the health and wellbeing of individuals
and communities and the equity, efficiency and quality of health
and human services; and to facilitate the attainment of these goals
through professional activities and community service.

Re-enrolment for Current Students
All current students will shortly recieve an email from the University explaining the re-enrolment process. For Health Sciences students, the re-enrolment period is from Monday 20th October until Sunday 2nd November. If you require clarification regarding re-enrolment please contact your school or division.

The Bachelor of Health Sciences and Master of Physiotherapy course IS available on the Bendigo Campus, but due to a printing error has not been listed in the VTAC Guide that is now available. Prospective students interested in the course please follow this link for course information, or visit the VTAC website, which now has the course listed and available for selection.
