Course description
This course provides individuals with the broad range of the skills required to excel in the rapidly developing field of biotechnology. Students learn key elements of biotechnology and the manipulation of molecular biological data. They are able to work in emerging biotechnology enterprises in Australia and overseas, in countries such as Singapore, India, and the Middle East.
Course structure
Subjects include Techniques in Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Proteomics and Genomics, Bio-Business Management, Recent Advances in Biotechnology, Science Communication Skills, Skills in Science and Practical Biotechnology.
