Course description
This course aims to provide a broad-based education in management training - to extend and deepen the knowledge of practising managers and graduates from other disciplines moving into a management role.
Course structure
Students complete eight subjects: Leadership and Change; Managing for Climate Change; Sustainability and Governance; Strategic Logistics Management; Accounting for Managers; Marketing for Managers; Public Policy and Its Impacts; Managing Human Resources; and Employment Relations (not all subjects are offered every semester).
Contact hours
Subjects are delivered in block mode over several weekends, in three modules. (39 contact hours per subject). Subject are generally delivered in alternate years.

Australian Bachelor's degree in any discipline, or approved equivalent. Applicants with considerable demonstrated experience at a senior administrative level may also be considered.
