Community liason
Community Liaison and Education Unit
Community liaison is integral to the roles performed by many ARCSHS researchers. The Community Liaison and Education Unit (CLEU) within ARCSHS enhances this by developing links beyond the academy and developing ways to ensure the Centre’s research is embedded in public policy and education.
The Unit consists of Anne Mitchell, Pamela Blackman, Jenny Walsh, Marina Carman, and Jen Johnson for the Blood Borne Virus program.
Community liaison work has led to a number of opportunities to contribute to major developments in health and education both within Victoria and nationally.
